MLM Recruiting Training-The Right Stuff in Network Marketing and MLM Recruiting

Author: Doug Firebaugh

by Doug Firebaugh

MLM and Network Marketing Recruiting.

Many times that word send such a chill down our backs. The reason is, is that Recruiting truly is misused in our industry, and many times lacking the "right stuff" when we engage it.

INFERNO Secret:

We all have a tendency to look at things how we see it, and not as they are.

And doing so, this creates a challenge with many mlm distributors, as the "right stuff" needs to be focused on, instead of how we feel about and view recruiting. And if a person has the "right stuff", they will find that their recruiting will be 10 times more powerful and lucrative, and successful in MLM and Network Marketing.

We enroll in MLM companies, and expect us to go to the top many times with the WRONG stuff when talking to people about our business. We often focus on the wrong things, talk about the wrong things, present the wrong things, and thus create the wrong results for our efforts.

Has this ever happened to you:

Have you ever felt like an appointment was a total waste of time?

The "right stuff" is needed to make sure that you are on target and on track with what you are presenting and talking about. Nothing worse than a train headed fast down the wrong track. It is going and in motion, but yet, it is still headed in the wrong direction.

Many folks are like this in Network Marketing. They are blazing down the wrong track. A track of limited and contained possibilites. A track of doubt and worry. And a track of negative expectations that can derail any Success Train in MLM.

Ok...what is the "RIGHT STUFF?"

The word RIGHT stands for "Recruiting Is Giving (and) Helping (and) Touching.

First, MLM Recruiting is about GIVING to the prospect what they need to transform their life and future. Give HOPE. Give FAITH. Give a REASON. Give POSSIBILITIES. GIVE to the prospect so they can feel that they have not been taken from, as so many do.

"You have so much potential inside of you, and I would love to be able to help explode that in your life!"

Give and pour into the prospect a power of Success and Achievement.

Network Marketing Recruiting is about HELPING. Help the prospect find the solution to their challenge and HELP them ENLARGE their life, future and destiny. HELP the prospect see what is TRULY possible, not what they think is possible. And HELP them with the HOPE of an incredible life, not a mediocre one. Paint a vivid picture with your words, and HELP them see a new future.

"I wish you could see you through my eyes. It would stun you. You have so much potential to Succeed, it is almost scary."

Help them see the REAL person that lies within.

MLM Recruiting is also TOUCHING. Touching their heart with Caring and kindness. Touching their minds with pictures that can become real life, with a real ending, and a real Success. Touching their emotions with the Joy of knowing that their life will never be the same after this conversation. They will TOUCH a realm of living that they never thought possible with you and Network marketing.

"How would it feel to know that you would never have to worry about money again?"

Now THAT would be Joy to many! and it is POSSIBLE!

Ok...now let's take a look at STUFF:

STUFF stands for "Success That Unveils (a) Focused Force!"

If you get it "RIGHT," in your recruiting presentation, then your mlm recruiting will contain a Success connection that will Unveil and reveal to every mlm prospect a Focused Force of Power within them. This Foucused Force of power will ignite and empower and help take the prospect to a whole new realm of possibility of Success and Lifestyle that they once only dreamed of for their life and future.

Now it becomes REAL and POSSIBLE with the RIGHT STUFF.

Do you have the RIGHT STUFF for MLM Recruiting?

Focus in on the RIGHT tactics and perspective, and you will find your recruiting will explode with the "Success STUFF" in MLM and Network Marketing.

blessings...doug

Article Writing For Fame And Fortune

Author: Randy Justason

How would you like to have your name and web address spread all over the internet?

How would you like to have your web site move up to the first few pages on the major search engines?

Actually, it's not as difficult as you may think. It requires some time and effort on your part, however, the rewards can far outweigh the effort that you put in.

Not only can you receive thousands of dollars worth of free advertising and promotion, but you can also develop a reputation as a smart person, one who many people would like to be affiliated with.

So, just what is this all-powerful genie of self promotion?

Believe it or not, it's Article Writing.

That's right, the absolute best method that I have found to get free advertising is to write articles and submit them to ezine publishers and article directories. Website owners and ezine publishers are always looking for content for their sites and newsletters. Why not let them publish yours.

Let me give you an example of the power of writing. I had written just 1 home business article and submitted it to about a dozen online article submission sites. Prior to this, when I checked Google to see how many links I had coming in to my site, MLM Wonders, it showed only 37 links. About 2 weeks after submitting my article I checked again and had well over 300 links incoming.

If you're not sure what that means, let me explain.

By submitting my article to those few sites, I was giving anyone the permission to download it and use it as content on their sites. By checking just one of the sites I submitted to I found that my article was downloaded over 150 times. So, if 150 people put my article on their web site, just think of the exposure (and links) I am getting.

If you consider the fact that those 150 web sites may get thousands of views each month, my little article could be seen by hundreds of thousands of people. All at no cost to me!

You may also be thinking that people do not want to read articles that are just advertisements with a lot of links in them so how does that let you promote your site.

You're right about that, and also remember that most article submission sites will not let you submit articles that are just advertisements for your site or products. In fact I don't put any links into the body of my articles.

So how are all those links coming to my site?

Simple. With each article you write, you have the opportunity to put a resource box at the end. This short 'Signature File' is usually around 5 lines and is where you introduce yourself and tell the readers about what you are selling and how they can get more information. It can contain a link to your web site and an email address. This is your advertisement, and it's free.

What's the matter, don't think you can write about anything interesting?

I didn't think I could either. Then I got to thinking about what I have been doing online for the past few years. I thought about some of the problems I had and how I fixed them and how I used the internet to make money (i.e. this article). I also decided that other people may want to know about these things and presto, a writer was born!

Thousands of people are joining the internet every day and are looking for information on particular topics. Some may be looking for ways to make money, others may be looking for recipes, or articles on pets, or just about anything. The possibilities are endless. If you have a favorite hobby, share it with others by writing articles about it.

If you're not sure about a topic, do a little research on the internet. Read other articles, check websites and then condense what you learn into an article.

You don't need to be an experienced writer, just write like you would talk to someone about your topic. Try to be grammatically correct and check your spelling, or have someone check it for you.

Don't try to write it all at once either. If you're not sure what you are going to say, simply jot down whatever comes to mind then go back and fill in the paragraphs. Stop for awhile and then come back to it. You'll be surprised at how much you can remember about your topic when you are just walking around, then you can come back and type it out.

Try to keep your articles between 500 and 1000 words. Keep your paragraphs short as this makes for easier reading. If you don't like writing paragraphs, you could make it a 'Tips' article, for instance, "7 Tips For ***", or "10 Good Reasons To ***".

Writing articles can give you free promotion and at the same time develop a favourable reputation for you on the Internet.

So what are you waiting for?

A Beginner's Guide to Exchanging Links

Author: Suzanne Morrison

Reciprocal linking is an effective, free way to get more visitors to your website.

Exchanging links with other webmasters can help you in two ways.

Firstly, by getting your link displayed on other websites you are increasing the number of paths leading back to your your own site. This in turn will increase the number of visitors.

Secondly, exchanging links will increase the chances of getting your web page ranked more highly in the results returned by search engines.

The reason for this is that for most search engines, the number of links pointing to a site plays a huge part in determining where that site ranks. Why? Well, wouldn't you be more likely to visit a place that had been recommended to you by a friend? The same reasoning applies to search engine positioning.

A link from site A to site B is like a vote for site B. The more votes that site B gets, the higher it is regarded by search engines.

However, quantity is not everything! A link carries more weight if it is from a high quality site - in the same way that a recommendation from a trusted friend would be taken more seriously than a recommendation from a casual acquaintance.

If you have been reading up on the subject of search engine positioning, you may be familiar with the term "PR", or "Page Rank". Page Rank is Google's way of measuring the "importance" of a web page. In simple terms PR is a number between 1 and 10 and can be viewed by downloading the Google toolbar.

It is easy to become hung up on or obsessed by page rank, but my advice is to try to take your focus away from that PageRank icon on the Google toolbar and focus your efforts instead on building up a good set of reciprocal links. If you do this well, the PR and search engine rankings will come.

So, how do you start reciprocal linking?

The first step is to find other sites that you want to link to. Use search engines and links from other websites to find sites that complement your own and try to request links from sites that you think would interest your visitors.

You can find some linking directory resources to help you with your searching on my Link Exchange Directories and Tools Page.

You may have been recommended to avoid linking with your direct competitors. Whether you do this or not is entirely up to you - the main disadvantage of doing this is the chance of losing business, whereas the advantage is the extra traffic that you will gain by doing so.

Personally I feel that the additional traffic gained from linking to competitors outweighs the potential chance of losing business to them.

Before you start your linking campaign here are a few tips to help you:

(1)Ensure that there is a visible link to the "Links" directory on the index page of the site you are requesting the link from and that the links directory is organised. It's unlikely that your link will be found by visitors if it is one of the 100 links on an unorganised links page.

(2) Follow the above rules for your own website - it's only fair.

(3) Once you have found a page it is good manners to add a link to your own site before requesting a link from another. This way the webmaster of that site will know that you are serious and will be more likely to link back to your site.

(4) Being highly organised whilst requesting links is also important. Using link management software to keep track of all your link requests and automatically add them to your web page literally halves the time taken to request and manage links.

(5) Keep track of all the links you have requested, either through link management software or in a spreadsheet. Add the URL, date requested and contact information for all the links you have requested and update this everytime a link is approved or declined. This will help you to keep track of your reciprocal linking campaign and prevent you from looking stupid by requesting a link from the same site multiple times.

(6) Use tools to help you decide which sites to link to and to help monitor your own progress. Tools that I use include

- Alexa Toolbar - http://www.alexa.com/
- Google Toolbar - http://toolbar.google.com/
- Link Popularity tool - http://www.marketleap.com/publinkpop

Finally, set yourself a goal to request a specific number of links per week or per month. Keep going until you meet this target. It may be boring, but once you get into the way of doing this, it will seem like second nature and you will start to reap the benefits in the form of increased traffic to your website!
